I test drove alot of cars. I was trading in a VW passat. I never thought I could afford another VW and the new service plan is what sold me alone with the great ride and responsiveness of the Tiquan.

Marty waited on me. He was exceptional in every way. He offered the shuttle instead of me walking. Told me about the coffee bar and the new cafe, which i did purchase food. The waiting room is great. He explained my options for service for the malfunction light issue. He offered me a rental car when it is serviced. He also explained when I should have the next checkup and the need for tires in 5,000 miles.. He deserves a raise, don't lose him! Looking forward to my next visit for the repair, I've never had such exceptional service from a dealership. Thanks!
