Zach was amazing. This was my first car and he made the process so easy. I will go back to him for my next car!
Great experience. Was very glad to see Sean at your dealership, he knows VWs and the process of buying one and trading one. Sean and James were truly a pleasure to do business with. THeir professionalism will bring more customers to AutoServ.
It was a great convenience to be able to purchase something to eat and the complimentary coffee was greatly appreciated. I was well informed as to the work that would be done on my car and how long it would be.
Service at AutoServ was excellent- honest, professional, and friendly staff. Prior to going to AutoServ, I had been dealing with Quirk VW in Manchester, NH. If you care to know, the staff at Quirk were not professional. They responded poorly and slowly to questions and were misleading, including trying to sell a car they did not have.
I liked that my car was cleaner leaving than when it arrived. Nice touch to vacuum my car!
Same as always - The Best. ( Thankyou, Mr,Ess..!)
I am a return customer. Based on my experiences at AutoServ with my previous vehicle. I felt I was treated well throughout my ownership of that vehicle and feel no reason to doubt that I will be treated with the same level of professionalism with my new VW. I was very satisfied with the sales departments understanding of my needs and their willingness to work with me to make sure my purchase was the right fit for me. I would not hesitate to recommend AutoServ to anyone I know who is looking to purchase a new vehicle.
I was very pleased with the professionalism of the dealership--will definitely recommend the dealership to others.
I went to AutoServ after being very disappointed at 10 other dealers. Bobbi-Jo at AutoServ was wonderful. How refreshing is that. I will definitely buy my next car here!!
I was vacationing in New Hampshire when my 2010 Jetta TDI malfunctioned. It was a Saturday morning, and we were planning to return home (a 700 mile trip) the next day. We were very happy that AutoServ was open on Saturday and was able to fix the problem that afternoon...
