My 2005 Passat TDI was subject to a glow plug/software recall. We had alternate transportation and did't request a loaner vehicle. Dave was extremely helpful in coordinating the repair and was able to recommend other routine service work wile the car was disassembled, saving us future costs. Micah did an outstanding job reinstalling various engine hardware items and shouds. In about 120 miles of driving, the car has run well with no evidence of leaks.
We found Sean to be helpful and to have great knowledge of the car we bought. He was pleasant and helpful throughout the buying process and available to us after the sale.
