Brian and Tammy were great! When scheduling at the last minute was looking to be a problem for my work the next day, Tammy offered for us to bring the car down the night before and organized us to pick up a rental that night- free of charge! Brian understood how concerned we were about the problem and was still there waiting when we dropped off the car and was able to hear the noise in question. He explained everything when I picked up the car. I love that my car was washed and cleaned too. Very professional!!!
Sean Gilpatrick was amazingly easy to work with and responsive to our questions. He understood what we wanted and made everything as easy as possible to arrange and complete. He knows VW cars extremely well. He went beyond what I would have expected or have received from other dealers. We purchased our Jetta because of him.

I was very happy with the staff that I met through out the sales process. Edison Cowing was very personable and good with follow through. Most of all he listened and did not talk as much as other sales people I have met who s tart to get on my nerves. His power will be that he is unassuming honest and the customer will feel comfortable with him at the start. He will make for a good salesperson. If he did not have an answer he followed up. Sean Gilpatrick was often the follow up. I found him very knowledgeable about the vehicle and also very personable. He got right back to me on my emails and kept in touch throughout the process. The paper work went find and easy. James LeClerc made the financing effortless compared with the laborious paper shuffling got with my own local bank when I asked them for a car loan which in the end was not worth it. This is the second car I have purchased from you. My first was with Steve Waite. To quote a line from Arnold Schwarzenegger, ILL BE BACK.

Our experience was positive, from the minute we walked through the door, to the minute we took ownership of our new car. We were given the opportunity to test drive several cars for comparison. I feel that Sean Gilpatrick the Sales Manager, understood out needs and concerns. We did not feel pressured in any way, but were given time to reach a decision based on the best deal. Patrick Robinson, a Sales Consultant was also very helpful. We have had several VWs in the past which we usually keep for 10 year before trading. We are looking forward to driving out Jetta for the next 10 years. Even though it is a drive from our house, I don't think we will mind bringing the car in for service.
