My husband and I are extremely pleased with the purchase of our new Jetta TDI and would happily recommend AutoServ of Tilton to others. Our experience was positive, from the minute we walked through the door, to the minute we took ownership of our new car. We were given the opportunity to test drive several cars for comparison. I feel that Sean Gilpatrick the Sales Manager, understood out needs and concerns. We did not feel pressured in any way, but were given time to reach a decision based on the best deal. Patrick Robinson, a Sales Consultant was also very helpful. We have had several VWs in the past which we usually keep for 10 year before trading. We are looking forward to driving out Jetta for the next 10 years. Even though it is a drive from our house, I don't think we will mind bringing the car in for service. Marty waited on me. He was exceptional in every way. He offered the shuttle instead of me walking. Told me about the coffee bar and the new cafe, which i did purchase food. The waiting room is great. He explained my options for service for the malfunction light issue. He offered me a rental car when it is serviced. He also explained when I should have the next checkup and the need for tires in 5,000 miles.. He deserves a raise, don't lose him! Looking forward to my next visit for the repair, I've never had such exceptional service from a dealership. Thanks!
