Marty waited on me. He was exceptional in every way. He offered the shuttle instead of me walking. Told me about the coffee bar and the new cafe, which i did purchase food. The waiting room is great. He explained my options for service for the malfunction light issue. He offered me a rental car when it is serviced. He also explained when I should have the next checkup and the need for tires in 5,000 miles.. He deserves a raise, don't lose him! Looking forward to my next visit for the repair, I've never had such exceptional service from a dealership. Thanks!

I am a return customer. Based on my experiences at AutoServ with my previous vehicle. I felt I was treated well throughout my ownership of that vehicle and feel no reason to doubt that I will be treated with the same level of professionalism with my new VW. We were very specific to what we wanted to purchase, Sean went above and beyond to find a car that met our lengthy and specific requirements. We attempted to do this at another VW dealership, when we got there the car promised never existed on their lot, and they tried to talk us into something else. I was thrilled with my communications with Sean, never pushy but always kept me informed as he found the exact vehicle~down to the color, floor mats and mud flaps we had researched and decided to purchase.
