Marty waited on me. He was exceptional in every way. He offered the shuttle instead of me walking. Told me about the coffee bar and the new cafe, which i did purchase food. The waiting room is great. He explained my options for service for the malfunction light issue. He offered me a rental car when it is serviced. He also explained when I should have the next checkup and the need for tires in 5,000 miles.. He deserves a raise, don't lose him!
