Service at AutoServ was excellent- honest, professional, and friendly staff. Prior to going to AutoServ, I had been dealing with Quirk VW in Manchester, NH. If you care to know, the staff at Quirk were not professional. They responded poorly and slowly to questions and were misleading, including trying to sell a car they did not have.

We were very specific to what we wanted to purchase, Sean went above and beyond to find a car that met our lengthy and specific requirements. We attempted to do this at another VW dealership, when we got there the car promised never existed on their lot, and they tried to talk us into something else. I was thrilled with my communications with Sean, never pushy but always kept me informed as he found the exact vehicle~down to the color, floor mats and mud flaps we had researched and decided to purchase.
