Brian and Tammy were great! When scheduling at the last minute was looking to be a problem for my work the next day, Tammy offered for us to bring the car down the night before and organized us to pick up a rental that night- free of charge! Brian understood how concerned we were about the problem and was still there waiting when we dropped off the car and was able to hear the noise in question.
